The primary purpose of this website is to inform and to gather support for a proposal to amend the doctrinal basis of the Evangelical Theological Society (ETS).
A secondary aim is to provide a forum for discussion about the amendment and about theological and doctrinal issues related to the ETS.
The original co-sponsors of this amendment are Dr. Ray Van Neste (Union University) and Dr. Denny Burk (Criswell College). Dr. Van Neste and Dr. Burk will introduce the amendment at the 2007 Annual Meeting of the Evangelical Theological Society in San Diego, California. According to the ETS Constitution, the Society will have an opportunity to vote on the amendment the following year at the 2008 meeting in Providence, Rhode Island.
